Brief Bio: 

Aloysius Sam is a Lecturer in the Department of Building Technology, Kumasi Technical University (KsTU) Ghana. He lectures in Measurement of Construction Works, Construction Procurement, Construction Estimation, Construction Technology and Surveying. He holds Construction Technicians Certificate, B’Tech Degree in Building Technology and Masters in Construction Management with extensive experience across all areas of Construction Management. He have worked on a number of projects in Ghana. He is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional, a proactive academic and a leader with strong ability to manage construction projects from conception through to successful completion.

He is currently Head of Department and Chief Examination Officer for Kumasi Technical University in charge of all examination related activities in the School and Managing Director of ASMAK CONTRACTORS LIMITED a construction and consulting firm in Ghana.
