The Kumasi Technical University is committed to the welfare of its staff and students. For this reason the Management of the institution has set up a welfare unit in order to achieve this set goal.
The unit provides the following services for members of staff:

• Health, Safety and Welfare Services/Scheme
• Settlement of Disputes among members of staff
• Orientation and Counseling Services for newly recruited members of staff
• Bereavement Services for members of staff.
